Help to find your way through

Our counsellors provide trauma-informed, person-centred support in a safe and respectful environment.

We can help you talk through difficult situations, find ways to cope, and explore strategies to improve your wellbeing.

You don’t need a referral to come and see us, but we do encourage you to make an appointment.

Free counselling and support for women

We offer support for:

  • domestic and family violence
  • sexual assault
  • general wellbeing
  • stress and anxiety
  • grief and loss
  • relationships and family concerns.

Appointments can be held in person, by phone or online.

Free counselling and support for men

We offer support for victim-survivors of:

  • domestic and family violence
  • sexual assault.

Appointments can be held in person, by phone or online.

Free counselling and support for children and youth

We offer support for victim-survivors of:

  • domestic and family violence (6 years to 18 years)
  • sexual assault (12 years to 18 years).

Appointments can be held in person only.
