Our supports and services
Everyone deserves to be safe, supported and respected
Accessible health support for every woman
Support for wellbeing, connection and growth

Our work
We offer a holistic range of supports, including counselling, educational and therapeutic workshops, and social connection through community events. Other ways we help also include advice, advocacy and referrals to other services when additional support may be helpful.
We take a health‑centred approach to domestic, family and sexual violence, recognising these experiences as matters of health, safety and wellbeing. This approach helps create a supportive, non-judgemental environment that empowers individuals and communities, reduces stigma, and supports healing and recovery.
