A community for change

Shaping the way forward

We work with communities, schools, workplaces and organisations to help create safer, fairer and more respectful communities.

Through education, proactive programs and advocacy, we support prevention, early intervention and long-term community change that will continue to have an impact for generations to come.

Schools and youth programs

We partner with schools to deliver education programs focused on:

  • respectful relationships
  • consent
  • domestic and family violence awareness
  • wellbeing and resilience.

Workplaces and community groups

We deliver workshops and awareness sessions for workplaces and community groups across Central Queensland. Topics include:

  • recognising domestic and family violence
  • responding safely and appropriately
  • active bystander awareness
  • support pathways and referrals.

Advocacy

We work alongside communities, services and stakeholders to advocate for safer, more equitable and more connected communities across Central Queensland.

Our advocacy work is informed by community voices, lived experience and the needs of the people we support. We actively participate in local and state networks, helping strengthen systems, improve responses and support prevention and early intervention efforts across our region.

As a regional organisation, we are committed to ensuring the voices and experiences of diverse communities across Central Queensland are represented in broader conversations that shape policy, services and community responses. Through advocacy, education and collaboration, we work to support long-term social change and safer futures for individuals, families and communities.
